Human Resource Recruiter

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for candidate who has strong expertise in recruitment of IT/Non IT & willing to learn the entire the Recruitment process.

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using job portals Naukri, social media, and internal databases.
• Screening: Review resumes, evaluate core skills and cultural fit, and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and department managers.
• Negotiation: Discuss compensation packages, job expectations, and benefits with selected applicants.
• Pipeline Management: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database updated with accurate candidate records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher or 0 - 1 Year Exp in Recruitment
• Good Communication
• Speaking Malayalam will be added advantage
