Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer-related discussions.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet daily and monthly candidate sourcing, submission, and hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client hiring requirements within timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in IT staffing/recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.
• Experience working with US staffing or international recruitment will be an advantage.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Onsite

Preferred Location: Candidates residing near Ellora Park, Alkapuri, Bhayli, and nearby areas are highly preferred.
