Roles and Responsibilities

• Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media sites.
• Screen resumes based on requirements and shortlist suitable candidates for further processing.
• Conduct interviews (phone/video) with selected candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Also need to have knowledge in non IT recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field.
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required.
• Mba in hr will be a add on advantage
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technologies preferred.
• Excellent interviewing, screening, sourcing, shortlisting, and salary negotiation skills.
