Human Resource Recruiter

• Job Analysis & Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, skill sets, and cultural fit.
• Job Descriptions: Write and update clear job descriptions, then post them on career sites, job boards, and social media.
• Sourcing Talent: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and job fairs.
• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and administer skills or aptitude tests.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview rounds between candidates and department hiring teams.
• Offers & Negotiation: Extend job offers, discuss compensation and benefits packages, and handle candidate queries.
• Onboarding Support: Coordinate pre-boarding steps like background and reference checks, and help new hires transition into the company.
• Data & Metrics Tracking: Maintain records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on key metrics like time-to-hireRole & responsibilities
