About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to ensuring successful hires, with a particular focus on leadership, niche, and critical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates using various platforms (e.g., Naukri, Foundit).
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final offer.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and interns.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and engagement.
• Ensure timely candidate placement within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Prepare and present comprehensive recruitment Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven ability in stakeholder management.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong, target-oriented approach to recruitment.

Qualifications:

• A graduate degree is required.
• An MBA in HR is preferred.
