Human Resource Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely closure of vacancies. Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WhatsApp and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Coordinate with management for interview schedules and candidate evaluation.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of Naukri.com and resume sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Should be proactive, target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring for sales, accounts, warehouse, technical or industrial roles will be preferred.
