Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fitment with requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth interview process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
• MbA in HR from a good college).
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technologies like Java, Python, React JS etc. .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salaries effectively.
