Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and career pages
• Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds to assess candidate fit
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0.62 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and basic HR processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, proactive, and target-driven approach
