Human Resource Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for RCM profiles such as Medical Coding, Medical Billing etc.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with targets.
