Role: Human Resource Recruiter
Experience: 15 years (as per requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Maintain candidate tracker, daily calling reports, and hiring MIS.
• Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating prejoining formalities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation standards.
