Hiring: HR Recruiter, IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Ahmedabad | Work From Office
Experience: 2+ Years
CTC: Up to 35,000 per month based on experience level

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, etc.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups and offer closures
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined TAT

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT & non-IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
