Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Off-Roll)

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter (Off-Roll) to support end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. This opportunity is on a third-party payroll/off-roll basis, with deployment for recruitment operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Ensure timely documentation, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, Retail, or corporate roles will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
• Industry Preference: Telecom, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, BFSI
