Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various roles within the organization, with a focus on sales, marketing, and support functions. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

l Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, primarily in sales, marketing, and support teams.

l Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.

l Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

l Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to on boarding.

l Support the on boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

l Maintain and update recruitment trackers, applicant data, and hiring metrics.

l Provide regular reports and updates to the HR Manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

l Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

l 1–3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.

l Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

l Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

l Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

l High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

l Experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles.

l Prior experience in a fast-paced or growth-focused organization.

l Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
