Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with concerned departments.
• Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for open positions.
• Post vacancies on Naukri, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with employee onboarding and induction.
• Coordinate joining formalities and required documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with HR documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee-related activities.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Assist with performance review and appraisal-related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Perform other HR activities as assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good understanding of the recruitment process and HR functions.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
