• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
  
• Manage bulk hiring projects from start to finish.
  
• Provide consultation services to clients on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or staffing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate management.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
