About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR professional to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the company's growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and basic employee-related processes.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Handle basic HR policies and workplace discipline.
• Prepare regular HR reports and maintain recruitment data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 14years of HR/recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
