Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Manage offer letters and pre-joining documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and other recruitment sources.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of Naukri/LinkedIn recruitment tools.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Experience in EPC/Construction/MEP recruitment is preferred.
