Human Resource Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a comprehensive recruitment plan to meet those needs.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify potential candidates who meet the job description criteria.
• Schedule interviews with selected candidates and facilitate communication between them and hiring managers.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (non-IT).
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
