Salary:

• 1 year experience: 17,00018,000
• 1–4 years experience: 25,000–26,000+

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle end-to-end hiring.
