Human Resource Recruiter

Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive HR Recruiter to work remotely during UK business hours. Primary responsibility is conducting candidate interviews on a daily basis. This role also includes recruitment coordination, customer communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct multiple candidate interviews daily via phone or video
• Evaluate candidates and provide structured feedback
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines
• Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and requirements
• Perform administrative tasks (emails, documentation, records)
• Provide personal assistance (booking travel, managing schedules)

Key Skills:

• Excellent English communication (mandatory)
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition experience preferred
• Ability to handle high interview volumes daily
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Requirements:

• Own laptop and stable internet connection
• Must be available for UK shift (1:30 PM 11:30 PM IST)
• Weekend availability when required
