Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring processes for various clients across different industries.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct interviews, schedule appointments, and negotiate salaries with candidates.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment Manufacturing , Automobile or related field.
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Excellent interview scheduling and salary negotiation abilities.
