Human Resource Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT positions, sourcing strategies, and the ability to evaluate technical talent.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand job requirements for IT roles such as developers, testers, DevOps engineers, etc.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database
• Negotiate salary and manage offer process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Stay updated on IT market trends and hiring practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
• Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for niche technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.)
• Understanding of technical screening methods
• Certification in HR or recruitment (optional)
