Talent Acquisition

Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, skills, and business objectives.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Interview Management

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Gather interview feedback and communicate decisions promptly.

Track candidate progress through each stage of recruitment.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with business leaders, HR Manager, HR Business partners and hiring managers.

Provide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring status.

Support workforce planning initiatives and hiring forecasts.

Recruitment Operations

Maintain candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and employment regulations.

Generate recruitment reports and dashboards, including:

Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment

Support employer branding initiatives through social media, job fairs, and networking events.

Participate in campus hiring programs, internship drives, and graduate recruitment activities.

Represent the organization at recruitment events and industry forums
