Human Resource Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various non-IT roles through job postings, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates who meet the minimum requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Generate offers on behalf of the company after thorough evaluation of candidate performance during interviews.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in a BPO/call center environment.
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, and offer generation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates) simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools for tracking candidate flow.
