Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary and coordinate offer and joining processes.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Meet recruitment targets and turnaround-time requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Proficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Good understanding of candidate screening, salary negotiation, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements and recruitment targets simultaneously.
• Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Candidates with experience in consultancy / recruitment agency / staffing / corporate talent acquisition will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
