Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
• Negotiate salary and joining timelines with selected candidates.
• Ensure smooth offer, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
