Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Understand job requirements and match profiles accordingly

Requirements

• MBA (HR or Any Stream)
• 6 Months – 1 Year of recruitment experience
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Go-getter attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have: Basic knowledge of Engineering/Services recruitment
