Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Make 70100 candidate calls per day, as per business requirements.
• Schedule a minimum of 46 candidate interviews daily.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, selection, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate Recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of hiring portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with daily recruitment targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Recruitment MIS.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
