JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a goal-driven and energetic Non-IT HR Recruiter to focus exclusively on talent acquisition across
non-technical domains. In this high-volume recruitment role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and placing qualified candidates across various business functions including Sales, Operations,
Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, Administration, and Retail. You will partner directly with hiring managers to
deliver top talent quickly and build reliable candidate pipelines.
Core Focus: End-to-end recruitment specialization in volume, commercial, administrative, and operational hiring
with zero IT/technical stack scope.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Talent Sourcing & Headhunting (Non-IT)
Draft and publish targeted job descriptions on non-IT job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, local talent
directories).
Conduct active sourcing for passive candidates through direct outreach, employee referral networks, local hiring
drives, and professional groups.
Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines for entry-level to mid-management business operations and frontline
teams.
2. Candidate Screening & Evaluation
Filter and evaluate resumes based on business requirements, industry experience, communication skills, and
stability.
Conduct thorough telephonic and preliminary video/in-person interviews to assess functional competence, culture
fit, and compensation expectations.
¢ Prepare concise candidate profile summaries and present shortlisted talent to functional hiring managers.
3. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
¢ End-to-end scheduling and alignment of candidate interviews with ositive, transparent, and prompt candidate experience from initial contact through candidate feedback
loops.
4. Salary Negotiation & Offer Management
¢ Assess compensation benchmarks for non-IT commercial, field, and back-office positions.
¢ Negotiate competitive compensation packages aligned with company budget frameworks.
¢ Issue formal offer letters, ensure offer acceptance, and perform initial background check verifications.
¢ Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and early retention tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
¢ Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines.
¢ Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience dedicated exclusively to Non-IT sectors.
¢ Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of non-technical job roles (e.g., Business Development, Telecalling,
Supply Chain, Accounting, HR, Logistics).
¢ Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in Naukri Resdex, Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local recruitment
databases.
¢ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive negotiation
abilities.
¢ Organization: Capacity to handle multiple open headcount requirements simultaneously under tight turnaround
times.
