Profile - HR Recruiter

Exp. - 1 to 3yrs

Location - Jui Nagar (Navi Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from departments.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department heads.
• Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
• 13 years of recruitment experience (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple positions.
