Process of hiring : Candidate will be hired as INTERN and absorbed as an employee basis your performance after 6month

JOB Role:

Screening resumes: After posting a job opening, you will start receiving a lot of resumes.

Coordinating interviews: Screening resumes are done.

Finding the best candidates: Sometimes finding the best candidate can be a challenge to a recruiter.

Communicating necessary information to candidates.
