Human Resource Recruiter - Hospital

Role & responsibilities

Hospital recruitment experience: doctors, Paramedical Staff, and nurses.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels to identify potential candidates.

Candidate Screening: Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.

Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and through video calls. Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates throughout recruitment. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and facilitate the interview and selection process.

Job Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Recruitment Database: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.

Market Research: Stay updated on recruitment best practices, and up-to-date. Post Hiring Follow-ups

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 Year+ work experience in hospital.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
