What You'll Do:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Connect with candidates and understand hiring requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment trackers and hiring updates.

What We're Looking For:

• Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
