Human Resource Recruiter Executive

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions. • Understand manpower requirements from different departments and prepare hiring plans. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media and recruitment databases. • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. • Conduct initial telephonic/online HR screening interviews. • Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers. • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Negotiate salary, notice period and joining dates with selected candidates. • Ensure timely joining of selected candidates. • Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. • Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. • Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records and daily/weekly hiring MIS. • Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets. • Support bulk hiring and urgent hiring requirements whenever required. • Maintain proper recruitment documentation and candidate records. • Coordinate with HR and department managers for smooth onboarding.
