Human Resource Recruiter- Blue Collar

Role & responsibilities:

• Source candidates for kitchen staff, helpers, housekeeping, stewards, and other operational roles.
• Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and manage walk-in recruitment drives.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and unit heads to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, and candidate follow-ups to ensure timely onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, retail, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication, coordination, and candidate-handling skills.
• Knowledge of local sourcing channels and recruitment portals.
