Human Resource Professional

Assist in recruitment, on boarding, and induction of new employees.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.

Support payroll processing, leave management, and attendance monitoring.

Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.

Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support.

Assist in performance appraisal, promotions, and disciplinary procedures.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and hospital HR policies.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and HR analytics for management review.

Support employee engagement, events, and wellness initiatives.

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

0-2 years of experience in HR operations (fresher s may be considered).

Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and HR policies preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.

Teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability to hospital environment.
