We are looking for a HRBP Cum TA professional to manage hiring for the Gujarat region.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for multiple business lines across Gujarat
- Partner with business leaders to understand and fulfill hiring needs
- Source and engage candidates through various platforms
- Manage interview coordination and ensure a great candidate experience
- Track and report recruitment metrics and progress
