Human Resource Payroll Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Manage employee salary, attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Handle payroll processing using Spine HR Software.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure accurate master data.
• Coordinate with consultant for statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and other applicable requirements.
• Generate salary registers, payslips, payroll reports, and bank transfer files.
• Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) calculations.
• Resolve employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and validation.
• Support payroll audits and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with prior Payroll experience with Spine HR software.
