We are looking for professionals with experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back-office Operations and strong German language skills.

Required Skills:

• German language proficiency is mandatory.
• B1/B2 German certification is compulsory.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from office in Bangalore.
• Exposure to HR systems or learning platforms is an added advantage.
