Human Resource Operations Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR Shared Services (HRSS) operations, ensuring seamless delivery of HR processes to internal customers.
• Provide expert-level support for SuccessFactors implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in HR Operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR Shared Services (HRSS) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors software suite (SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Employee Central).
• Experience working in an IT services environment with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
