Human Resource Operations Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.
• Manager Induction program, onboarding formalities and BGV.
• Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters such as payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in an HR Operations or Shared Services role.
• Strong understanding of HR Generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management etc. .
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (HR Ops) is essential. Knowledge of HRO principles is desirable.
