Human Resource Operations Manager

Manager, HR Operations | Bengaluru

We're looking for an experienced Manager, HR Operations to lead HR operations and payroll delivery across Indonesia, China, Australia, and New Zealand.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead regional HR operations and payroll processes.
• Manage and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and employee experience enhancements.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders across APAC.
• Lead regional and global transformation initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• 10-15 years of HR experience, ideally within a Shared Services environment.
• Experience supporting multiple APAC countries.
• Strong background in HR operations, payroll, and process improvement.
• Workday and ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Proven people leadership experience.
