Human Resource Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to join our growing IT Staffing team. If you have hands-on experience managing HR operations in an IT Staffing environment, we'd love to connect with you!

Experience Required:

38 Years (Mandatory experience in an IT Staffing company)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
Monitor and follow up on employee timesheets regularly
Collect and verify timesheets from external teams
Prepare invoice sheets based on approved timesheet data
Coordinate with clients for timesheet approvals and billing
Handle PF & ESI documentation and statutory compliance
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll processing and salary-related activities
Prepare operational and management reports
Resolve employee queries related to payroll, timesheets, PF, ESI, and other HR matters
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Required Skills:

Mandatory experience in an IT Staffing company
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, timesheet management, and invoicing
Basic knowledge of PF & ESI compliance
Strong communication and client coordination skills
Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred Candidate:

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Experience: 3–8 years in HR Operations within an IT Staffing company
Candidates with a North Indian background are preferred due to business communication requirements.
Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
