Position: HR Operations Intern

About the Role :

We are looking for an HR Operations Intern to support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations, primarily focusing on data management, documentation, and maintaining employee records.

This role is suitable for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel, and interested in building a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will be trained on other HR processes and activities as part of the internship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update employee data and HR records.
• Handle HR-related documentation and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Update and maintain HR trackers and Excel sheets.
• Assist with employee information, joining documents, and other HR documentation.
• Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist with preparing basic HR reports and data when required.
• Coordinate with employees for required documents or information.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of physical and digital HR documents.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day operational activities.
• Learn and assist with other HR processes based on business requirements and training provided.

Requirements :

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Organized and willing to learn.

What You Will Learn

The intern will receive practical exposure and training in various areas of HR Operations, including employee documentation, HR data management, onboarding support, HR processes, and other day-to-day HR activities.

Note: Prior HR experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided for the required HR processes.
