Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR Operations and coordination.
• Maintain HR data, records and MIS reports.
• Handle MS Excel and HR-related documentation.
• Assist in presentations, HR activities and employee coordination.
• Use Canva and AI tools for presentations and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support HR projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ months of relevant HR/HR Operations experience
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong MS Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of Canva and AI tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
