- Conduct follow-up calls with employees and ex-employees for:
- APL (Appointment Letter) acceptance confirmation
- Exit process and Reason of exit confirmation
- Bank seeding and account verification
- Other HR-related task
- Maintain call logs and update status trackers accurately.
- Coordinate with the HR team to close pending cases and ensure timely communication.
