Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up with selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Support joining formalities, induction, and HR documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies across departments.

Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical plant recruitment, including Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse profiles.
