Human Resource Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll and salary administration for both blue-collar and white-collar employees, including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, revisions, arrears and Full & Final Settlement.
• Ensure timely and accurate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Law and other statutory compliances, including records, returns, challans and audit documentation.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and joining formalities.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, promotions, designation changes and other lifecycle activities while maintaining accurate HRMS records.
• Act as a key HR contact for employees, handling grievances, employee relations, engagement activities and HR-related queries professionally and confidentially.
• Implement HR policies and processes and maintain employee master data, attendance, leave records, personnel files and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate training and development activities, including training requirements, schedules, attendance, feedback and effectiveness records.
• Support KPI/KRA and performance management processes, ensuring timely reviews, documentation and follow-up on performance-related activities.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, trackers and management reports covering manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, payroll, training and employee movements.
• Coordinate the complete employee exit process, including resignation, notice period, clearance, exit interviews and Full & Final Settlement inputs.
• Work closely with Management, HODs, Finance, Administration, employees, consultants and statutory authorities to ensure smooth HR operations.
• The role involves travelling across Mundra, Mandvi and Kandla site locations; company-provided conveyance will be available for site travel.
