• Qualification- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR will be preferred)

• Work Location: SICOM Ltd. Corporate Office, Andheri (East), Mumbai.
• Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 year in HR Recruitment and Operations

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Canva for presentations and employee engagement creatives.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment/job portals.
• Knowledge of HRMS, attendance and leave management systems.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Job Description

• Handle end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities
• Manage Employee Onboarding & Documentation
• Administer Leave & Attendance Management systems
• Support HR Operations & Administration by maintaining HR documentation, compliance records, audit-related information, and various day-to-day HR activities.
• Coordinate Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, Report related to recruitment, attendance, leave, manpower, and other HR metrics.
• Assist the HR Managers in operational and managerial HR functions, including coordination with internal departments.
• Perform any other HR, administrative, or organizational responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
