Human Resource Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Responsible for day-to-day HR operations and employee support at the plant.

* Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and deployment as per business requirements.

* Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime and payroll inputs.

* Handle employee grievances, counselling, discipline and employee relations.

* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.

* Manage and monitor contract labour and contractor-related HR activities.

* Coordinate employee training, induction and development programs.

* Ensure employee welfare facilities such as canteen, drinking water, washrooms, uniforms, transportation and first-aid are maintained.

* Maintain employee records, HR documentation and prepare HR MIS reports.

* Coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS, Finance, Security and other departments for smooth plant operations.

* Support internal, statutory and customer/food-safety audits.

* Promote employee engagement, discipline, hygiene and a positive work culture.
